We are excited to share the opportunity for a Project Coordinator to join our team and look forward to reviewing your resume.
As a Project Coordinator you will provide the necessary support to ensure successful execution and completion of our projects working directly with the Project Managers, Project Accountants and the Corporate Accounting Department.
Responsibilities

  • Issue and track various Purchase Orders to approved commodity material vendors.
  • Process commodity invoices / Pair invoice w/ field packing slip / Verify all material was received / Receive commodity material into accounting system.
  • Issue and maintain package change orders. Ensure change orders are fully executed and received back from all parties. Entry of package change order into accounting system
  • Process all package order invoices: verify invoices meet package order requirements, enter into accounting system into Accounts Payable, resolve any billing discrepancies with project manager and vendors prior to processing.
  • Perform miscellaneous Operations Accounting special projects as time permits.

Requirements:

  • Detail oriented, organized, and efficient individual able to complete tasks in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Provide outstanding customer service internally to our fellow employee-owners, vendors, and customers; though at times it will be necessary to remain firm on our requirements. when others may pressure us to avoid proper contracting procedures.
  • Must have knowledge of office administrative procedures, and knowledge of use and operation of standard office equipment.

Ability to create spreadsheets, graphs, charts and proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, Access, Outlook, internet and email.
